Who are Reclaiming Wellness Therapies
Reclaiming Wellness Therapies (RWT) is a therapy practice based in Moranbah, dedicated to providing expert social work and counselling services to individuals and families throughout the Isaac region.
Established in 2023 by Lauren, a seasoned therapist with a Master's in Social Work, registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), RWT commits to person-led practices. Lauren’s approach ensures that each client is actively involved in the decision-making processes that affect their care. This collaborative and empowering environment supports clients in achieving their personal goals.
At RWT, we are committed to anti-oppressive practices that offer a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our strengths-based approach helps clients recognise and build on their inherent strengths, promoting resilience and fostering a more positive outlook throughout their wellness journey.

- Hands-on Assistance: From budget management assistance to personalised support plans and goals. RWT can help streamline the process, giving you confidence in, and access to the information and services you need.

Easy options to access services
Referral Pathways
Contact your GP for a mental health care plan, they will then pass your contact information on to a local referral service who will help you further. Current referral pathways include Head to Health and Navicare. Isaac Region residents can contact Navicare directly for more assistance with this process.

National Disability Insurance Scheme
Contact me directly or your NDIS representative. This may be your support coordinator if you already have a plan, or your local area coordinator (LAC) if you are looking to apply or wondering about eligibility. For the Isaac Region the LAC is Feros Care.

Self Referral
Self-referral option is for those who wish to initiate therapy immediately and are financially able to pay for services independently.
